Fitment Note: This is NOT a lift pump, it is a filtration system that retains the OEM lift pump and is not compatible with sump kits. Installation on cab and chassis may require modifications.
The Drop-In Series Diesel Fuel System is engineered to be the most effective filtration solution for the 6.6L Duramax. Backed by a FASS limited lifetime warranty, it protects your 6.6L Duramax from the damage caused by air, vapor, water, and debris in diesel fuel. Without proper filtration, modern diesel injection systems are prone to wear. By removing over 99% of the water from your fuel along with air, vapor, and debris down to 2 microns absolute, the Drop-In Series will TRIPLE the life of your injection system.
This replaces the plastic OEM single filter housing with a 6061-T6 billet aluminum, American-made dual filter housing. This system utilizes the OEM water separator element in conjunction with our 2 micron Extreme Water Separator. Utilizing the OEM water separator element allows the water-in-fuel sensor to operate correctly, notifying you before the water reaches the clean side of the fuel filter element. Our Extreme Water Separator provides the final particulate and water filtration down to 2 microns and removing over 99% of free and emulsified water. Eliminating these contaminants optimizes MPG, restores horsepower and sharpens throttle response while improving the operational balance of your engine through consistent fuel delivery timing.
