An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number is required for ALL returns.

- Make sure RGA # is clearly visible on the outside of the return package.
- Returns without an RGA # will not receive a refund.
- All returns must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition and be in the original box and/or packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days may not be accepted.
- Freight charges are non-refundable; all returns will be credited back to customer less shipping charges.
- No refund or warranty will be given if the part is not returned to Pensacola Fuel Injection.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Any shipments that have refused delivery will have a 20% restocking fee.
- No refunds on high performance parts.
- No refunds on electrical parts.
- No refunds on parts purchased in a kit.
- Any parts that have been opened are subject to inspection and refunded at our discretion.
- Any shipping costs incurred during the transaction by Pensacola Fuel Injection will be deducted from the refund.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
